We are an engaged couple travelling a small part of Asia between jobs whilst searching for a suitable wedding venue. Myself, the writer of this blog is from the South Welsh Valleys, a brief distance north of the capital Cardiff. The co-contributor and editor, known affectionately in the blog as the Kazakh Princess hails from a small city in Western Kazakhstan.
Knowing that we would be travelling for a minimum of three months, we wanted to keep a daily record, which then transformed into the blog.
